In the 5th minute, Herminio Santo made a precise shot to the right of Conrado Eder. GARIBALDI FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Clemente Rozarius fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sportivo Mela Banco's protests and gave Clemente Rozarius a yellow card for diving instead. Clemente Rozarius hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute of the match Daniel Sol shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cortez Obispo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Conrado Eder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiberto Sauveur in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Eder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Sportivo Mela Banco booed when GARIBALDI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Matteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conrado Eder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Santo in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Sauveur in the 19th minute of play forced GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper Conrado Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Eder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Eustaquio Casado could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Cortez Obispo however easily saved by the left post. Cortez Obispo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Agustin Enol. Conrado Eder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Santo's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, GARIBALDI FC's Eustaquio Casado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cortez Obispo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Eduard Hourani dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cortez Obispo, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduard Hourani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Sportivo Mela Banco's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Hourani came free, but Cortez Obispo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Conrado Eder managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Sportivo Mela Banco's Filiberto Sauveur fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 60 minutes, Gaby Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GARIBALDI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaby Gol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper Conrado Eder had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filiberto Sauveur. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Santo in the 65th minute of play forced GARIBALDI FC's goalkeeper Conrado Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eustaquio Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sportivo Mela Banco's Cortez Obispo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Hourani in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduard Hourani in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cortez Obispo saved Sportivo Mela Banco from getting behind. Sportivo Mela Banco's Cortez Obispo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Hourani in the 76th minute of play. Sportivo Mela Banco's Herminio Santo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Quirze in the 85th minute of play forced Sportivo Mela Banco's goalkeeper Cortez Obispo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Eder made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Herminio Santo sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute of the match Sportivo Mela Banco got a corner. GARIBALDI FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Domingo Torres ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sportivo Mela Banco's Domingo Torres was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Conrado Eder in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Edgard Matteo's late challenge caught a Sportivo Mela Banco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Matteo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Edgard Matteo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 97 minutes, Herminio Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Mela Banco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Herminio Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
