Genaro Hever hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Virgilio Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Rito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 7 minutes, Sebastian Lluc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Lluc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Damian Rito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Pedro Efren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 19 minutes into the match, LA PANDILLA LOCA's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Efren came free, but Virgilio Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match Alvarado de Mar del Plata got a corner. LA PANDILLA LOCA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fernando Eleazar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Fernando Eleazar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgilio Kiliz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 22nd minute Damian Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elpidio Lehior in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Segundo Laurendi saved Alvarado de Mar del Plata from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, LA PANDILLA LOCA's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Rito came free, but Virgilio Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Damian Rito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Lehior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Rito got free with Virgilio Kiliz in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Efren in the 54th minute of play forced LA PANDILLA LOCA's goalkeeper Virgilio Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Timoteo Sancho made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgilio Kiliz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alvarado de Mar del Plata made a substitution. Roman Donio replaced Fernando Eleazar. In the 59th minute, Nicanor Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Lluc hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in LA PANDILLA LOCA's zone, Damian Rito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Kiliz came out of the goal and Damian Rito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elpidio Lehior in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Segundo Laurendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Timoteo Sancho got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th match minute, Alvarado de Mar del Plata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Sancho to maneuver through the defense. Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Segundo Laurendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Hever in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's Cesar Jenaro got a free kick in the 87th minute. Fernando Sabin's late challenge caught a LA PANDILLA LOCA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Sabin helped the player get up and apologised. 90 minutes into the match, Alvarado de Mar del Plata's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Lehior came free, but Segundo Laurendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LA PANDILLA LOCA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
