The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Cordarryl to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Malvinas Argentinas booed when Pujol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Kusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Beltxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Cordarryl got free with David Quinten in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Malvinas Argentinas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pujol FC throughout the match.
