In the 3rd minute, Simoneta FC's Adrian Miliano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 15 minutes, Ruben Maurin made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Simoneta FC's Alfredão Freitas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Erasmo Gabon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ramiro Nicholas made a huge save. Manuel Ovando charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Ovando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Simoneta FC's Manuel Ovando got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match Victor Nofre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredão Freitas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cósmico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Miliano came free, but Ramiro Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes of play, Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ruben Maurin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredão Freitas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruben Maurin scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredão Freitas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ramiro Nicholas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Miliano's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruben Maurin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ceferino Dimo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alfredão Freitas firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 55th minute Ruben Maurin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Simoneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Maurin came free, but Alfredão Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Gentza was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 62nd match minute, Barrilete Cósmico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Astigar to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruben Maurin got free with Alfredão Freitas in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Miliano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Barrilete Cósmico FC's Ruben Maurin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfredão Freitas. That made the score 1-4 after 67 minutes of play. After 74 played minutes Barrilete Cósmico FC got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Cesario. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Miliano during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 79 minutes into the game, Ruben Maurin lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Alfredão Freitas. In the 83rd minute of the match, Ruben Maurin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alfredão Freitas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alfredão Freitas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Maurin's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Ceferino Dimo came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alfredão Freitas could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Maurin in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredão Freitas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfredão Freitas had great luck who in the 92ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Ruben Maurin from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Erasmo Gabon fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Simoneta FC's protests and gave Erasmo Gabon a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Maurin in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredão Freitas saved Simoneta FC from getting behind. Barrilete Cósmico FC played a much better game than Simoneta FC and deserved their victory. The Simoneta FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
