In the 3rd minute Erasmo Gabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Romo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Carolo Urbasa hit a great ball. Alfredão Freitas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Manny in the 14th minute. Saturnino Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Ovando in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Gabon came free, but Saturnino Romo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredão Freitas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Manny in the 21st minute. Saturnino Romo came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Simoneta FC's Adrian Miliano. But to his dismay, Adrian Miliano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With his leg Alfredão Freitas managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Grosso United's Adrian Curcio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dionisio Jakobe hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Rigoberto Boniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grosso United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rigoberto Boniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manuel Ovando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saturnino Romo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After 48 minutes, Adrian Curcio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grosso United and the Simoneta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Grosso United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Curcio to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Simoneta FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Saturnino Romo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Miliano in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Simoneta FC defense, Godofredo Manny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredão Freitas. The Simoneta FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredão Freitas should have stopped the shot. Alfredão Freitas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Godofredo Manny went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute Adrian Curcio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfredão Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Urbasa in the 63rd minute of play. When Adrian Miliano fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Simoneta FC's protests and gave Adrian Miliano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Simoneta FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Adrian Miliano hit a great ball. Alfredão Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Curcio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Grosso United booed when Simoneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Atarrabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godofredo Manny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Grosso United's Godofredo Manny sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfredão Freitas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 76 minutes, Victorino Dantae mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simoneta FC and the Grosso United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Simoneta FC's Victorino Dantae got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Leandro Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Gaspar Ler hit a great ball. Saturnino Romo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Ovando in the 85th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Simoneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Manny came free, but Alfredão Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredão Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Manny in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Grosso United booed when Simoneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Atarrabi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simoneta FC's Alfredão Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Manny in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Godofredo Manny managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grosso United's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Manny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredão Freitas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredão Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Manny in the 95th minute of play. Alfredão Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Manny, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Simoneta FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Grosso United to leave the ground with a draw.
