The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Seclantas AFC's goalkeeper Vladimiro Charro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Paublo. When Angelino Bernard fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Retorno de Palermo's protests and gave Angelino Bernard a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Angelino Bernard. In the 11th minute, Danilo Milian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vladimiro Charro. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, Seclantas AFC's Vladimiro Charro got control of the ball when David Paublo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Angelino Bernard notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Seclantas AFC's Vladimiro Charro. Vladimiro Charro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 26th minute, Celestino Nataniel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Seclantas AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Danilo Milian 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Azeari in the 31st minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Pascual Porfirio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Retorno de Palermo's Pascual Porfirio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulises Azeari in the 33rd minute of play. 5-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Danilo Milian elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Seclantas AFC's Cecilio Vela suffered a sore thigh after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sergio Faron's late challenge caught a Seclantas AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Faron helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes El Retorno de Palermo got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Faron. Danilo Milian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Charro having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danilo Milian to strike the kick off in the second half. Vladimiro Charro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danilo Milian went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After 61 played minutes Seclantas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Martinez. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Danilo Milian sped through Seclantas AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vladimiro Charro. 69 minutes into the match, Seclantas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when David Paublo came free, but Vladimiro Charro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's Danilo Milian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Charro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75thth minute of the game Danilo Milian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seclantas AFC's Vladimiro Charro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celestino Nataniel made in the 77th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Leandro Ofelio. After 80 minutes, David Paublo made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Seclantas AFC's Vladimiro Charro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelino Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Vladimiro Charro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Charro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Danilo Milian went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Seclantas AFC's Dario Maule got a free kick in the 96th minute. El Retorno de Palermo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
