Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eriberto Navarro to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Eriberto Navarro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Baldomero Florinio, 0-4. Baldomero Florinio was a little too slow when Guido Primeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-5. 61 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Austin came free, but Prospero Calvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Locaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Amador Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Pandilla Cobayeril's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Servando came free, but Baldomero Florinio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomero Florinio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Locaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Naldo charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Naldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pandilla Cobayeril getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Zeledon Locaio scored 0-7 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Florinio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafaela FC's Prospero Calvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Bastian in the 83rd minute of play. With 83 minutes on the clock, Amador Eate commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 82nd minute, one of Rafaela FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rafaela FC. After 89 played minutes Pandilla Cobayeril got a freekick which was hit by Christian Hitzeder. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Locaio got free with Baldomero Florinio in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match was over Rafaela FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pandilla Cobayeril throughout the match.
