The Rosario Central fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Mannie should have stopped the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Cordarell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luis Mannie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Cordarell in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnulfo Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Raul Cordarell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Mannie was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, Raul Cordarell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Mannie was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. A collision led to Rosario Central getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Arnulfo Abaurre hit a great ball. The supporters of Villa Mitre booed when Rosario Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Abaurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Cordarells short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Luis Mannie to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luis Mannie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raul Cordarell in the 71st minute. Luis Mannie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Cordarell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goalkeeper Luis Mannie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Cordarell. Villa Mitre's Roman Montez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Vito in the 81st minute of play. Luis Mannie was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Astor Shepherd. 87 minutes into the match, Raul Cordarell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Mannie. Rosario Central's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Cordarell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 95 minutes of play, Villa Mitre's Raul Cordarell made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luis Mannie was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Villa Mitre could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rosario Central throughout the match.
