After 9 played minutes Cipriano Arixo rounded Talleres de Escalada's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Descamisados CF's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Lonzo came free, but Marcelito Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Descamisados CF booed when Talleres de Escalada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Frichoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar-Alfredo Ruggeri's shot from long distance in the 19th minute was not bad at all, but Talleres de Escalada's Angelo Sugoi knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Baltasar Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelito Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Lonzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcelito Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Lonzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 34 played minutes Descamisados CF got a freekick which was hit by Oscar-Alfredo Ruggeri. After some careless play in the Descamisados CF defense, Baltasar Lonzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelito Barovero. The Descamisados CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelito Barovero should have stopped the shot. Marcelito Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Iratxo in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Iratxo during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leandro Iratxo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Baltasar Lonzo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 95th playminute. Talleres de Escalada's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
