Camilo Nuxila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodosio Isauro having to interfere. Ernesto Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mariano Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, LOS MENTI's Santo Anaya sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mariano Cloyo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The tension between the LOS MENTI and the Olivos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Olivos AFC booed when LOS MENTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Orain's late challenge caught a LOS MENTI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Orain helped the player get up and apologised. Anacleto Mikolas came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mariano Cloyo could save by the left post. Mariano Cloyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mariano Cloyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Barbosa in the 91st minute of the match.
