The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Quintyn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zacarias Escobar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Son Downs having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Osmundo in the 36th minute of play forced Regresado's goalkeeper Leonides Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celestino Fresco kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Saturno's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zacarias Escobar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 42nd match minute, Saturno was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Ugaitz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Gervasio Osmundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonides Quintyn was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Saturno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zacarias Escobar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 60 played minutes Regresado got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Fresco. After 61 played minutes Regresado got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Herena. Gaston Indalecio's shot from long distance in the 61st minute was not bad at all, but Regresado's Leonides Quintyn knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Gervasio Osmundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Leonides Quintyn made a huge save. When Celestino Fresco fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Regresado's protests and gave Celestino Fresco a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Regresado getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Celestino Fresco hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Regresado's Zacarias Escobar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Son Downs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. A collision led to Regresado getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Marciano Herena hit a great ball.
