The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amancio Berbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Mercurio in the 3rd minute of the match. Amancio Berbiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaac Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Gil hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. A collision led to Oshyros ll getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Remigio Anaya hit a great ball. After 11 minutes of play, Oshyros ll's Elpidio Mercurio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amancio Berbiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amancio Berbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Saturnin in the 15th minute of play. When Remigio Anaya fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oshyros ll's protests and gave Remigio Anaya a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Oshyros ll got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Anaya. Oshyros ll's Aureliano Perico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Oshyros ll from getting a goal against them. Amancio Berbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Mercurio, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Black StarZ's Samuel Gil ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aureliano Perico. Aureliano Perico yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Aureliano Perico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Clementi, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Oshyros ll's Aureliano Perico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Oshyros ll from getting a goal against them. When Candido Cucao fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oshyros ll's protests and gave Candido Cucao a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, Oshyros ll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Cucao to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, Elpidio Mercurio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Gil's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Aureliano Perico - 2-1 was put on the score board in the 39th minute. After 46 played minutes Oshyros ll got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Rayman. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Mercurio to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Isaac Saturnin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Samuel Gil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Perico. Oshyros ll's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Gil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After 61 played minutes Black StarZ got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Gil. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Mercurio in the 63rd minute of play forced Black StarZ's goalkeeper Amancio Berbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Black StarZ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Remigio Anaya 66 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-2. In the 73rd minute, Epifanio Rayman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Perfecto in the 78th minute of play forced Oshyros ll's goalkeeper Aureliano Perico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 81 minutes on the clock, Omar Urtsin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 82 played minutes Black StarZ got a freekick which was hit by Omar Urtsin. Felix Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Berbiz having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Javier Clementi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oshyros ll's Aureliano Perico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oshyros ll players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Black StarZ.
