The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 8 minutes into the match, Nemesio Lauro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Jon. After 30 minutes, Victor Orzaize made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Pink Floyd's Aaron Jon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute, Nemesio Lauro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aaron Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The supporters of Pink Floyd booed when Trinidad 4.7 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Pacifico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clodoveo Blanco charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clodoveo Blanco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aaron Jon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Ferrer was the one to do the kick off. Aaron Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nemesio Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Pink Floyd's Clodoveo Blanco got his second yellow card of the match in the 53rd minute. The referee ordered Clodoveo Blanco off the ground. Leo Ochoa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Orzaize got free with Aaron Jon in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes of play, Trinidad 4.7's Segundo Caitano made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aaron Jon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 86 minutes into the match, Leo Ochoa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aaron Jon, 0-12. In the 90th minute Segundo Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Leo Ochoa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trinidad 4.7 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. Trinidad 4.7 played a much better game than Pink Floyd and deserved their victory. The Pink Floyd players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
