Aaron Jon made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Ovidio Constancio sent off a good shot on target. After 4 minutes, Daniel Fidele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo David Mardel and the Pink Floyd players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Deportivo David Mardel getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Daniel Fidele hit a great ball. Simon Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Lino Quintan's late challenge caught a Pink Floyd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Quintan helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Deportivo David Mardel getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Lino Quintan hit a great ball. Jorge Osoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Ferrer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute, Felipe Galtero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mario Kusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Aaron Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Deportivo David Mardel getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Humberto Nabar hit a great ball. Cristobal Lizer, 40 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pink Floyd's Aaron Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Kusko in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Simon Ferrer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pink Floyd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo David Mardel the free kick. After 47 played minutes Pink Floyd got a freekick which was hit by Simon Ferrer. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Ferrer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Deportivo David Mardel's Prospero Florin got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fabian Paio fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo David Mardel's protests and gave Fabian Paio a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pink Floyd booed when Deportivo David Mardel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Gartxot hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Prospero Florin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Aaron Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aaron Jon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Peli in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Humberto Nabar made a precise shot to the right of Aaron Jon. Pink Floyd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 75 minutes into the game, Jesus Peli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Aaron Jon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Luisito Nel put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Deportivo David Mardel getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Luisito Nel hit a great ball. 82 minutes in the game Israel Frisco got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Aaron Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Peli, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The supporters of Deportivo David Mardel booed when Pink Floyd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Gartxot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Pink Floyd defense, Prospero Florin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Jon. The Pink Floyd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Jon should have stopped the shot. Jesus Peli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Jon having to interfere. Deportivo David Mardel's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
