The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ariel Etxeberri kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jeronimo Raitin made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Victorino Tallia. 30 minutes into the game, Arthur Morgan´s Club's Ciriaco Froylan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Franco Armanca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Arthur Morgan´s Club:s Samuel Buinton showed great skill when he stopped Pedro Caitano:s penalty. In the 40th minute, Lisandro Resto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Zeledon Orland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Buinton was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Samuel Buinton made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Zeledon Orland sent off a good shot on target. Eloy Remir hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Lisandro Resto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Franco Armanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the Fecha Libre and the Arthur Morgan´s Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
