Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Apolo Birjaio started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Dario Cavallo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guqueri F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 8 played minutes Guqueri F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dario Cavallo. Dario Ourente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cristian Medina came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Guqueri F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Medina couldn't finish the play. Aquilino Osmundo came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Guqueri F.C.'s Godofredo Sal. But to his dismay, Godofredo Sal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Dario Cavallo fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guqueri F.C.'s protests and gave Dario Cavallo a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Guqueri F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dario Cavallo. Gladiators's Aquilino Osmundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Cilio in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Gladiators's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Sal came free, but Aquilino Osmundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes, Filiberto Ostots mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gladiators and the Guqueri F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Filiberto Ostots hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godofredo Sal took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquilino Osmundo. Aquilino Osmundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Aquilino Osmundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Cilio in the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gladiators's Raimundo Raymond got a free kick in the 39th minute. The supporters of Guqueri F.C. booed when Gladiators was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fidel Perfecto didn't quite understand what happened when in the 47 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

In the 53rd minute of the match, Saturnino Cilio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Aquilino Osmundo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 54 minutes into the match, Godofredo Sal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquilino Osmundo. Gladiators's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godofredo Sal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. In the 58th minute Saturnino Cilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Osmundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Saturnino Cilio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aquilino Osmundo, 1-6. Guqueri F.C.'s Cristian Medina got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Guqueri F.C.'s Godofredo Sal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aquilino Osmundo. Aquilino Osmundo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. Aquilino Osmundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Cilio in the 71st minute of play. Apolo Birjaio hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Pastor Manilan went to the wrong direction when Ermegildo Mendebal was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Aquilino Osmundo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Guqueri F.C.'s Saturnino Cilio. But to his dismay, Saturnino Cilio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. Pastor Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apolo Birjaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. If Cristian Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aquilino Osmundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Sal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd match minute, Guqueri F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Cavallo to maneuver through the defense. When Dario Ourente came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Gladiators fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Ourente couldn't finish the play. Guqueri F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
