The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Severo Roderigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Tohias went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Enrique Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Indar, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When Fernando Borges fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Putin Club - OFF's protests and gave Fernando Borges a yellow card for diving instead. If Remigio Salomone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Angelino Rioja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Munio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Enrique Garaona made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Angelo Indar sent off a good shot on target. When Putin Club - OFF's Angelo Indar in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Baltasar Perutxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Angelo Indar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Angelo Indar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Enrique Garaona came out and tried to block the shot, but Angelo Indar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 40th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Indar came free, but Enrique Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Indar scored 3-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Garaona, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nereo Tohias to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Teodosio Guillen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Angelo Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Indar in the 58th minute of play. Enrique Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Indar in the 59th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Indar in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Garaona saved Club Atletico Los Andes from getting behind. If Remigio Salomone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enrique Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Indar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Putin Club - OFF got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Salomone. Angelo Indar took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Garaona. Enrique Garaona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. In the 87th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Urre to maneuver through the defense. Putin Club - OFF's Christian Vedillo was substituted for Ivan Dalmai. Teodosio Urre hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute Baltasar Perutxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Putin Club - OFF booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Rioja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Steffen Hemelaers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Putin Club - OFF's supporters rose to their feet, but Steffen Hemelaers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Garaona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 minutes, Remigio Salomone made it 7-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atletico Los Andes's Enrique Garaona tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Steffen Hemelaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enrique Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steffen Hemelaers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Putin Club - OFF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Atletico Los Andes for a fine match.
