In the 8th minute Loco De Remate were awarded a corner. Alvaro Resto went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alvaro Resto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Melquiades Patxi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Loco De Remate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Favila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Patxi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Resto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loco De Remate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Librado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee ignored Loco De Remate's protests and gave Jesus Librado a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Loco De Remate getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jesus Librado hit a great ball. Samuel Mancio made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Celso Inge sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Gerardo Bibiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Melquiades Patxi made a huge save. With a little luck, EL PEPO FC's Melquiades Patxi got control of the ball when Alvaro Resto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melquiades Patxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Orlanda in the 69th minute of play. When Segundo Favila was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. If Gaston Mogel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of EL PEPO FC booed when Loco De Remate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Bibiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute, Celso Inge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melquiades Patxi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Orlanda in the 94th minute of play. Loco De Remate's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
