Clemente Neron hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Cayetano Esdras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HFA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Benji Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Esdras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Savion charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victoriano Savion the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to HFA FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Victoriano Savion hit a great ball. Benji Price showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Esdras in the 11th minute of the match. Edgard Quintun hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Benji Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Esdras in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, HFA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Neron came free, but Roman Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Newpi Academy's Juninho Pernambucano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Abancens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by HFA FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clemente Neron was slow to take the kick. During this time Newpi Academy's players had a chance to rest. Lázaro Librado lost his temper 25 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 24 minutes into the game, one of Newpi Academy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 26th minute there was a penalty for HFA FC. Gilberto Fonda stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benji Price. 0-2. Benji Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Esdras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, HFA FC's Gilberto Fonda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benji Price made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Benji Price didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cayetano Esdras went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Benji Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Newpi Academy defense, Cayetano Esdras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benji Price. The Newpi Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benji Price should have stopped the shot. A collision led to HFA FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ladislao Gaufred hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Reynardo was the one to do the kick off. Benji Price was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gilberto Fonda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 51 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Fonda got free with Benji Price in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Newpi Academy's Benji Price got control of the ball when Gilberto Fonda tried to sneak it across the goal line. HFA FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
