After a defensive mix-up in El ABUELO FC's zone, Alfredo Fix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Manny came out of the goal and Alfredo Fix tried to chip the ball over his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Fix in the 18th minute of play forced El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Manny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Jose Raebert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El ABUELO FC and the Atlético Nacional players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Txurio was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes Atlético Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Efren. El ABUELO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Gerardo Pirmin scored to the left of an out of position Gaudencio Manny, making the score, 1-3. After some careless play in the El ABUELO FC defense, Gerardo Pirmin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Manny. The El ABUELO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaudencio Manny should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, El ABUELO FC's Gaudencio Manny got control of the ball when Gerardo Pirmin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The El ABUELO FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Nacional were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
