In the 2nd minute, Borja Colidio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Baldomiro Oriol was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Baldomiro Oriol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Corderall in the 5th minute of play. After 6 played minutes Madison got a freekick which was hit by Sebastián Boselli. In the 7th minute of the match Dexter Morgan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomiro Oriol skillfully saved the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Madison's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Pezzella came free, but Baldomiro Oriol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Corderall made a kick off. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
