Lázaro Cordaryal charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Cordaryal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Cordaryal to maneuver through the defense. Anacleto Eguen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Atarrabi having to interfere. In the 6th minute, Rollo Kildemose hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Platense es de Primera!! getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alejandro Chano hit a great ball. Pastor Valerio struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Serafino Tabb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.D Atlético Villa Gesell. After taking down the ball on Platense es de Primera!!'s corner Alejandro Chano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Filomeno Atarrabi quite easily take care of the ball. Jairo Medero kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Serafino Tabb was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pastor Valerio. In the 20th minute, Lázaro Cordaryal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Furlan hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Anacleto Eguen in the 22nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 28thth minute of the game Alejandro Chano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Filomeno Atarrabi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Alejandro Chano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Filomeno Atarrabi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Eguen came free, but Filomeno Atarrabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Dionisio Cidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Atarrabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Platense es de Primera!!'s Anacleto Eguen in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Filomeno Atarrabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Platense es de Primera!! were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejandro Chano made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Dionisio Cidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Anacleto Eguen scored to the left of an out of position Filomeno Atarrabi, making the score, 0-2. Filomeno Atarrabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Chano in the 59th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Ixidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Platense es de Primera!!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.D Atlético Villa Gesell the free kick. A collision led to Platense es de Primera!! getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Bonifacio Ixidor hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute Alejandro Chano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Atarrabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Filomeno Atarrabi got control of the ball when Dionisio Cidro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Alejandro Chano made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filomeno Atarrabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the A.D Atlético Villa Gesell defense, Alejandro Chano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filomeno Atarrabi. The A.D Atlético Villa Gesell fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filomeno Atarrabi should have stopped the shot. Filomeno Atarrabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Cidro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Platense es de Primera!!'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
