Filiberto Hernando hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Guaberto Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Mesquita in the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of TORQUE F.C. booed when ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Selmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Mesquita in the 8th minute of play. Patricio Kaiet kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 10 minutes in the game Astor Avellaneda did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gabriel Isaio. The supporters of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA booed when TORQUE F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Avellaneda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabrício Mesquita in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Haimar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guaberto Haimar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabrício Mesquita went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Guaberto Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Mesquita in the 23rd minute of play. Fabrício Mesquita took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guaberto Haimar. Guaberto Haimar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 30 minutes into the game, Ismael Manilan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tautvydas Mickevičius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabrício Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Guaberto Haimar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA. 37 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Tautvydas Mickevičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Federigo. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Celestino Selmo got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ismael Manilan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Fabrício Mesquita got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guaberto Haimar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Mesquita in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in TORQUE F.C.'s zone, Fabrício Mesquita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Haimar came out of the goal and Fabrício Mesquita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Ismael Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tautvydas Mickevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrício Mesquita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guaberto Haimar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Federigo came free, but Tautvydas Mickevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Astor Avellaneda hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. The supporters of TORQUE F.C. booed when ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Erez didn't get a good kick on the ball.
