The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Rafe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Danilo Rafe managed to work through STARK F.C.'s defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Danilo Rafe dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Rafe in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigi Buffon saved STARK F.C. from getting behind. After having played for 10 minutes, Francisco Abascal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. STARK F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Abascal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Ekialde was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Francisco Abascal. Gigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Ermano in the 14th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, STARK F.C.'s Gaston Ekialde threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Francisco Abascal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 23 minutes into the match, STARK F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Ermano came free, but Gigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Ermano, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, STARK F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Filiberto Ermano came free, but Gigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Filiberto Ermano made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigi Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victoriano Fix hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Abascal to make the kick off. Carlos Birjaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Ekialde having to interfere. Danilo Rafe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Gigi Buffon made a huge save. Gaston Ekialde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Dayam in the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Abascal came free, but Gaston Ekialde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ defense, Francisco Abascal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Ekialde. The Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Ekialde should have stopped the shot. Gigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Ermano in the 73rd minute of play. Victoriano Fix hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Francisco Abascal, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ booed when STARK F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Dayam didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, STARK F.C.'s Francisco Abascal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaston Ekialde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
