Jorge Cervera scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mathias Roganović, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Berenguer in the 43rd minute of play forced Juniors FC's goalkeeper Mathias Roganović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Juniors FC booed when lןןl EdF Garrafa Sanchez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavio Fidele to make the kick off. Óscar Acosta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mathias Roganović came out and tried to block the shot, but Óscar Acosta slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 51st minute.
