With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amancio Orti saved Pingos Futbol Club from getting behind. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amancio Orti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso ran back to his position shaking his head. Amancio Orti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Orti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Orti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 13 minutes, Saturnino Benitez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pingos Futbol Club and the Teodelina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Pingos Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Luar. Pingos Futbol Club's Amancio Orti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Pingos Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso got free with Amancio Orti in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amancio Orti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 20th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Pingos Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso came free, but Amancio Orti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Teodelina FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amancio Orti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pingos Futbol Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaston Salvadore was slow to take the kick. During this time Teodelina FC's players had a chance to rest. Gaston Salvadore made a great header on Teodelina FC's corner, it was just that Pingos Futbol Club's Amancio Orti managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Guido Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot.
