Expresso Ranelagh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Bobo y El Bocho the free kick. The audience was convinced that Bernardo Justin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Senio was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Lucio Primeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Sagrario struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Julio Senio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Bobo y El Bocho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Primeiro in the 24th minute of play forced El Bobo y El Bocho's goalkeeper Sandu Magherescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Expresso Ranelagh's Raimundo Austin got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Raimundo Austin off the ground. The supporters of El Bobo y El Bocho booed when Expresso Ranelagh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Austin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Justin in the 33rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Expresso Ranelagh's zone, German Garin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Senio came out of the goal and German Garin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Expresso Ranelagh's Julio Senio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Justin in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Bernardo Justin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Senio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardo Justin went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Julio Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Justin in the 46th minute of play. Timoteo Claris took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Senio. Expresso Ranelagh's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cayetano Medero was the one to do the kick off. Bruno Cordarin charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Cordarin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bruno Cordarin kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bernardo Justins short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Julio Senio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Julio Senio made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Bernardo Justin sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of El Bobo y El Bocho booed when Expresso Ranelagh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Primeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Expresso Ranelagh's Gaston Lore managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cleto Eate in the 68 minute of the game. After 70th play minutes Bernardo Justin shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Julio Senio and just under the crossbar into goal. A throw-in in the 78th minute of the game was made by Cleto Eate with German Garin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The attack was good, but when Cayetano Medero in the 81st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. El Bobo y El Bocho's Sandu Magherescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Medero in the 87th minute of play. Julio Senio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Timoteo Claris. If Cayetano Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Timoteo Claris hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. El Bobo y El Bocho walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
