After a rather tough play, Milferio's Benedicto Ponc got a free kick in the 15th minute. Aaron Mingo charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Mingo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Xeneizes getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aaron Mingo hit a great ball. Victor Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Azeari, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Rodolfo Páez made a precise shot to the right of Victor Benat. Xeneizes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Melquiades Azeari fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milferio's protests and gave Melquiades Azeari a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Milferio's Melquiades Azeari got a free kick in the 47th minute. Ruperto Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Benat in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Milferio were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Milferio made a substitution. Baldomiro Urko replaced Eugenio Rius. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pastor Benat to strike the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milferio fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Ruperto Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Benat in the 63rd minute of play. Ermegildo Senen kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Páez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victor Benat, 1-3. After 82 played minutes Milferio got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Azeari. Albino Vasco scored 1-4 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Benat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 99th minute of the match, Baldomiro Urko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Victor Benat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Milferio eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
