Marciano Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Normando, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Honorato Normando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marciano Xacintu having to interfere. Honorato Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marciano Xacintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Normando in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marciano Xacintu saved Cervezanegra A.C. from getting behind. In the 19th minute Marciano Ubelteso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Xacintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Honorato Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Honorato Normando sped through Cervezanegra A.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marciano Xacintu. The supporters of Cervezanegra A.C. booed when C. A. Potrero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Benat didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Normando in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marciano Xacintu saved Cervezanegra A.C. from getting behind. Marciano Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Normando, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. When Honorato Normando came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the C. A. Potrero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Normando couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Cervezanegra A.C.'s David Atauri got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Cervezanegra A.C.'s Marciano Xacintu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cervezanegra A.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 58th minute, C. A. Potrero's Santo Beat ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marciano Xacintu. Marciano Xacintu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Octavio Luken's late challenge caught a C. A. Potrero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavio Luken helped the player get up and apologised. Octavio Luken kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Honorato Normando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Marciano Xacintu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Honorato Normando came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marciano Xacintu could save by the left post. Honorato Normando took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Xacintu. Marciano Xacintu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Marciano Xacintu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorato Normando in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes Cervezanegra A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Peyo. Honorato Normando's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marciano Xacintu firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 86th minute, Honorato Normando reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marciano Xacintu. The goal made the score 0-7. If Honorato Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
