Potrero's Mariano Balendin got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 8 minutes into the match, C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Beat came free, but Isaac Eguntsenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodoro Navarro struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Isaac Eguntsenti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altos Gatos FC. 17 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Normando came free, but Rosendo Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosendo Millan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Normando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Teodosio Beat fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altos Gatos FC's protests and gave Teodosio Beat a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C. A. Potrero booed when Altos Gatos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Beat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match, Esteve Gasteiz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isaac Eguntsenti was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Isaac Eguntsenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Etxatxu in the 26th minute of play. Altos Gatos FC's Rosendo Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Balendin in the 27th minute of play. If Santiago Silvino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Normando came free, but Rosendo Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Altos Gatos FC's Rosendo Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Ubelteso in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Altos Gatos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godfredo Etxatxu to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodoro Navarro made a kick off. Esteve Gasteiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as C. A. Potrero's Mariano Balendin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rosendo Millan. That made the score 0-1 after 57 minutes of play. Altos Gatos FC's Rosendo Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Silvino in the 60th minute of play. Mario Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Silvino in the 62nd minute of play forced Altos Gatos FC's goalkeeper Rosendo Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Teodosio Beat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Eguntsenti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Millan made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Santiago Silvino sent off a good shot on target. If Esteve Gasteiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Altos Gatos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Silvino came free, but Rosendo Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Gasteiz in the 72nd minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Isaac Eguntsenti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodoro Navarro in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaac Eguntsenti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to C. A. Potrero getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Melquiades Medina hit a great ball. Isaac Eguntsenti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After a rather tough play, C. A. Potrero's Marciano Ubelteso got a free kick in the 88th minute. Rosendo Millan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marciano Ubelteso in the 93rd minute. Altos Gatos FC's Rosendo Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Silvino in the 94th minute of play. 1-2 became the score in the 96th minute when Santiago Silvino elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
