When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Ermegildo Sotil put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lázaro Flores. Robustiano Mattin charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robustiano Mattin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Valhalla Time getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Menendo got free with Lázaro Flores in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valhalla Time's Lázaro Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Sotil in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Ciro Crescencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valhalla Time's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Q. T. I. the free kick. Ciro Crescencio hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The supporters of Valhalla Time booed when Q. T. I. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Ignatius didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Jaime Menendo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lázaro Flores was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmiro Macerio in the 26th minute of play forced Valhalla Time's goalkeeper Lázaro Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ermegildo Sotil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Q. T. I.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Sotil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Flores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermegildo Sotil took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lázaro Flores. I.'s Domingos Giraldo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Lucio Gil came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Valhalla Time fans jumped to their feet. The wind increased when Pablo Ubendu made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Ermegildo Sotil made a precise shot to the right of Lázaro Flores. Valhalla Time's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. If Ermegildo Sotil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Valhalla Time's zone, Ermegildo Sotil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Flores came out of the goal and Ermegildo Sotil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
