Nemesio Hotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Palos in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Club Atlethico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Honorato Atarrabi came free, but Nemesio Hotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Tano came free, but Julian Kadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nemesio Hotz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Celestino Chayo got in the 30th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Nemesio Hotz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Nemesio Hotz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Palos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Club Atlethico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Celestino Chayo came free, but Nemesio Hotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-4 became the score in the 41st minute when Remigio Palos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Remigio Palos put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Nemesio Hotz. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Remigio Palos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78 played minutes Club Atlethico Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Tano. Alfredo Henrico took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nemesio Hotz. Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cartero de Agronomia F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
