Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) After some careless play in the Despidida AFC defense, Agustin Lamberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomero Asteri. The Despidida AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomero Asteri should have stopped the shot. Grütly's Pedro Pereyra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Grütly from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Lamberto came free, but Baldomero Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despidida AFC's Baldomero Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Lamberto in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Grütly getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Reynaldo Gimenez hit a great ball. Pedro Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulises Hotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Grütly's Cirilo Primo got a free kick in the 17th minute. Baldomero Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Odon in the 19th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Mario Ramone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grütly's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Despidida AFC the free kick. Pedro Pereyra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Hotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29th match minute, Despidida AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atila Edu to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ati Cabezudo got free with Pedro Pereyra in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baldomero Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Odon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cirilo Primo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomero Asteri came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Grütly's Agustin Lamberto. But to his dismay, Agustin Lamberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Jorrin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Pereyra was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. 47 minutes into the game, Bernardino Odon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Baldomero Asteri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Despidida AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grütly were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustin Lamberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grütly's Pedro Pereyra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ati Cabezudo in the 53rd minute of play. Mario Ramone was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 53 minutes into the match. Pedro Pereyra had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Atila Edu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 56th minute, Ati Cabezudo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Lamberto came free, but Baldomero Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Ati Cabezudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Hotz in the 65th minute of play forced Grütly's goalkeeper Pedro Pereyra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Hotz in the 67th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Armando Ubarna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Ixona hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Agustin Lamberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Grütly booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ati Cabezudo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 91st minute of the match Bernardino Odon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baldomero Asteri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ulises Hotz scored 2-3 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Pereyra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Grütly's Agustin Lamberto got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Despidida AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Grütly's performance. The match ended with a win for Grütly.
