With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonatan Iraido in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Koldo saved Arquímedes from getting behind. Arquímedes's Ismael Koldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Arquímedes from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute, Bernardino Elazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the game, Manuel Romelio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arquímedes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuscha FC - Ψ - the free kick. Manuel Romelio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Jurdan got free with Ismael Koldo in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 15 minutes, Vicente Ur made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Prudencio Ubarna tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Norberto Oalo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes Chuscha FC - Ψ - got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Elazar. The supporters of Chuscha FC - Ψ - booed when Arquímedes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Cayo took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prudencio Ubarna. Prudencio Ubarna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Ur came free, but Prudencio Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Koldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Goito's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Moises Cayo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Prudencio Ubarna. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Cayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Goito in the 56th minute of play forced Arquímedes's goalkeeper Ismael Koldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arquímedes's Ismael Koldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Jurdan in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Arquímedes's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Jurdan came free, but Ismael Koldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, Arquímedes's Vicente Ur made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prudencio Ubarna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vicente Ur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Prudencio Ubarna made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Jonatan Iraido's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Koldo was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Arquímedes defense, Jonatan Iraido kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Koldo. The Arquímedes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Koldo should have stopped the shot. Ismael Koldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Elazar in the 85th minute of play.
