In a very dangerous position, a player in Howling Dawn U18 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! Astor Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Nuñez having to interfere. Segundo Nuñez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyprian Henryk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of TALLERES DE CBA booed when Howling Dawn U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Lauren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 17 played minutes, TALLERES DE CBA's Abel Arlo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leon Roldan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TALLERES DE CBA reached it. In the 23rd minute, Serafino Firme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Howling Dawn U18's Leon Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Cordarrel in the 26th minute of play. If Romulo Palos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Matia came free, but Leon Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Cordarrel in the 31st minute of play forced Howling Dawn U18's goalkeeper Leon Roldan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Nuñez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Manilan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Matia in the 36th minute of the match. Cyprian Henryk succeeded in the game's 39th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Leon Roldan came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by TALLERES DE CBA's Bernardo Perutxo. But to his dismay, Bernardo Perutxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernardo Perutxo was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Howling Dawn U18's goalkeeper Leon Roldan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Matia. Leon Roldan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as TALLERES DE CBA's Eugenio Matia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Roldan. That made the score 2-4 after 62 minutes of play. In the 70th minute Romulo Palos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Nuñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Howling Dawn U18's Arturo Cordeiro was substituted for Astor Manilan. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by TALLERES DE CBA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Uriel Lauren was slow to take the kick. During this time Howling Dawn U18's players had a chance to rest. Segundo Nuñez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scott Weiland, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Howling Dawn U18's Romulo Palos got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 85 played minutes TALLERES DE CBA got a freekick which was hit by Abel Arlo. Romulo Palos kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Bernardo Perutxo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Leon Roldan made a huge save. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Romulo Palos hit a great ball. TALLERES DE CBA's Eugenio Matia got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TALLERES DE CBA had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
