Alfonso Dalmai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Eustaquio Elivareo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Dante Millan sent off a good shot on target. After 38 played minutes El Renacer del Quijano FC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Vellito. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Luis Romero took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alfonso Dalmai to make any attempt to save it. Martin-Daniel Branca kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Dante Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Elivareo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimeno Jax kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Sportivo Fernet Branca's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Romero came free, but Alfonso Dalmai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Alfonso made in the 85th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Virgilio Chumo. Luisito Seme's late challenge caught a El Renacer del Quijano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisito Seme helped the player get up and apologised. 88 minutes into the game, Mauricio Omero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Fernet Branca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Renacer del Quijano FC the free kick. After 88 played minutes Sportivo Fernet Branca got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Omero. A throw-in in the 95th minute of the game was made by Mauricio Omero with Fede Branca as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
