In the 6th minute, Pablo Henrico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Northern California fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Northern California getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Anselmo Katia hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Teodosio Ayala shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Savier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. PINGO PINGO's Serafin Maurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Berdoi in the 17th minute of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Pablo Henrico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Northern California's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Henrico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafin Maurino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pablo Henrico's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Bernabe Oto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Domingos Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Northern California's Domingos Savier got control of the ball when Felipe Vimaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Domingos Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Vimaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Serafin Maurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Berdoi in the 28th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, PINGO PINGO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Ayala to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Serafin Maurino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 35th minute Gustavo Isazi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Maurino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernabe Oto to make the kick off. Eugenio Gomesano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, PINGO PINGO's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Henrico came free, but Serafin Maurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Bernabe Oto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio Ibañez hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Serafin Maurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Isazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, PINGO PINGO's Leandro Gonzalez Pirez got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Leandro Gonzalez Pirez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Domingos Savier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Northern California booed when PINGO PINGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Vimaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute Felipe Vimaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Isazi charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Isazi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, Northern California was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Isazi to maneuver through the defense. If Gustavo Isazi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, PINGO PINGO's Serafin Maurino got control of the ball when Aurelio Berdoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Northern California played a much better game than PINGO PINGO and deserved their victory. The PINGO PINGO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
