In the 17th minute Aristides Castel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monico Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Eleazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Monico Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristides Castel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aristides Castel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Monico Montoya having to interfere. Venancio Frans charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Venancio Frans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Big Babousa's Venancio Frans got a free kick in the 28th minute. Natalio Mitxaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ruperto Erlantz's late challenge caught a Big Babousa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruperto Erlantz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Ruperto Erlantz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristides Castel might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Monico Montoya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aristides Castel ran back to his position shaking his head. Venancio Frans hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When SAN LORENZO FC's Aristides Castel in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Big Babousa's goalie prevented a goal. Monico Montoya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Castel's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. If Aristides Castel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aristides Castel was the one to do the kick off. Salvador Lizer hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Natalio Mitxaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Bazil in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Aristides Castel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. The referee ignored Big Babousa's protests and gave Federico Tab a yellow card for diving instead. Federico Tab kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Big Babousa's Monico Montoya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Big Babousa from getting a goal against them. Big Babousa's Monico Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Mon in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SAN LORENZO FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
