After a defensive mix-up in Sirius Dog's zone, Marcos Abellan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Indar came out of the goal and Marcos Abellan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Los Gallos booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 played minutes, Los Gallos's Muni Cero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iker Indar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Gallos reached it. Gipuzkoa Chamochin lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Gipuzkoa Chamochin kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Abellan in the 22nd minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Iker Indar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sérgio Goycochea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Edorta, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Paolo Fero made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio Goycochea. Los Gallos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Los Gallos's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Leizarraga came free, but Sérgio Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Fero came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sérgio Goycochea could save by the left post. Arnoldo Amaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Indar having to interfere. The supporters of Sirius Dog booed when Los Gallos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boyko Rushkarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Sirius Dog's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Abellan came free, but Iker Indar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arnoldo Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arnoldo Amaya came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Los Gallos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoldo Amaya couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Arnoldo Amaya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Indar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After 94 played minutes Los Gallos got a freekick which was hit by Jose Iban. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Sérgio Goycochea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. There was no doubt that Los Gallos were the better team. Los Gallos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
