Hector Montrel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 6 played minutes Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Sotero. Hector Montrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorel Amarandei's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. The Espirillo FC fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Espirillo FC's Dorel Amarandei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Espirillo FC's Daniel Diagur in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka defense, Jairo Rutenio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Montrel. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Montrel should have stopped the shot. Dorel Amarandei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the game, Espirillo FC's Jairo Rutenio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hector Montrel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 31 minutes into the match, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Domeka came free, but Hector Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Espirillo FC's Dorel Amarandei in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute, Jairo Rutenio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Espirillo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in Espirillo FC's zone, Uriel Arotza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Milian came out of the goal and Uriel Arotza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Diagur missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 49 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Hector Montrel right hand side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dorel Amarandei was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes Dorel Amarandei could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-8 into the left cross. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Hector Montrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Amarandei in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Diagur got free with Hector Montrel in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dorel Amarandei in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hector Montrel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hector Montrel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorel Amarandei went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Jairo Rutenio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dorel Amarandei did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-11 to the left of a surprised Hector Montrel 73 minutes into the match. A hard shot 78 in the game by Dorel Amarandei from a close distance when the talented Hector Montrel managed to make a qualified save. Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's players were relieved. In the 82nd match minute, Espirillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Seguinus to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's zone, Marius Lăcătuș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Montrel came out of the goal and Marius Lăcătuș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Dorel Amarandei ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hector Montrel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Diagur got free with Hector Montrel in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Amarandei came free, but Hector Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jairo Rutenio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Diagur in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Montrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Espirillo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
