In the 7th match minute, DESTROY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Söderlund to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Armando Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurids Baylund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Koldobika went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Laurids Baylund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmílson Cunha in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match, Armando Maradona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anselmo Lucila saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 24th minute, Simon Koldobika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brennan Johnson kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When Robert Söderlund fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DESTROY's protests and gave Robert Söderlund a yellow card for diving instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Koldobika was the one to do the kick off. Nicolaas Tagliafico hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes, los nadies's Ola Bukaka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laurids Baylund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in los nadies reached it. After 61 minutes, Santos Borre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DESTROY and the los nadies players grew even worse after the yellow card. Santos Borre kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Laurids Baylund didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 70th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. Anselmo Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Vesterberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute, Cenan Ergüven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anselmo Lucila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Borre, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Anselmo Lucila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Erik Vesterberg went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The DESTROY fans cheered their team off the field, for while los nadies had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
