Gustavo Ondino made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Quebrachitos FC's Marciano Dantae. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Marcell Pécsi hit a great ball. Kire Irving showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Gonzo in the 15th minute of the match. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcell Pécsi in the 17th minute of play. Quebrachitos FC's Kire Irving played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Mlekodaj in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Blasi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chet Holmgren in the 29th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Achille Ruzzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Maiorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kire Irving showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Gonzo in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ton Meulman in the 37th minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Kire Irving to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Quebrachitos FC defense, Tolek Mlekodaj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kire Irving. The Quebrachitos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kire Irving should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Achille Ruzzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Tolek Mlekodaj notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Quebrachitos FC's Kire Irving. Kire Irving was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Kire Irving stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Mlekodaj's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Albino Maiorga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Blasi in the 57th minute of play. Kire Irving made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Mlekodaj in the 61st minute of play. Albino Maiorga came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebrachitos FC's Ezequiel Blasi. But to his dismay, Ezequiel Blasi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Quebrachitos FC's J.P. Cruz was substituted for Mauricio Crispo. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene made a substitution. Osman Ali Fidan replaced Santo Gonzo. Quebrachitos FC's Ciriaco Abaunza was substituted for Marciano Dantae. Celso Ayala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Maiorga having to interfere. Kire Irving showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ton Meulman, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute, Stig-Åke Blomberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, Quebrachitos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ton Meulman came free, but Kire Irving reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Quebrachitos FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stig-Åke Blomberg took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Blasi in the 84th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Albino Maiorga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demetrius Xande hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Albino Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Ruzzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osman Ali Fidan during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th minute, Osman Ali Fidan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Pomelo Nenene left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Quebrachitos FC.
