Quebrachitos FC's Mauricio Crispo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Higinio Polo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The throw-in from Gonza Maradona in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Quebrachitos FC's J.P. Cruz. Aca Larroque's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kire Irving read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. After 42 minutes, Marciano Dantae mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebrachitos FC and the ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Marciano Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Chu Kuan Guo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th match minute, Quebrachitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Dantae to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
