The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Martxelin Pereta helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Oylimpiamos Ψ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Martxelin Pereta hit a great ball. Delmar Abaunza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Leo Puncet made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Hibai Luna got a free kick in the 5th minute. Leo Puncet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 10th play minutes Hibai Luna shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Baiona Abadie and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Santi Villafranca sped through Sportivo Chupeño's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baiona Abadie. Baiona Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hibai Luna, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Santi Villafranca hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Oylimpiamos Ψ's Martxelin Pereta got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Martxelin Pereta off the ground. In the 26th minute of the match Raimundo Abecia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leo Puncet skillfully saved the ball. Vedillo Abeijon kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Santi Villafranca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th match minute, Sportivo Chupeño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eladio Abella to maneuver through the defense. After 48 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Hibai Luna. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

53 minutes into the match, Guillermo Abajas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leo Puncet. Oylimpiamos Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Abajas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Guillermo Abajas struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Leo Puncet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Chupeño. In the 58th minute Guillermo Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Puncet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Santi Villafranca fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oylimpiamos Ψ's protests and gave Santi Villafranca a yellow card for diving instead. Leo Puncet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Abajas in the 68th minute of play. After 72 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Santi Villafranca. In the 78th match minute, Sportivo Chupeño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Abecia to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Pudes Bachiller sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sportivo Chupeño's Baiona Abadie didn't even have to move. Leo Puncet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvestre Abancens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Puncet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute Ariando Abeijon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Puncet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Abancens in the 88th minute of play forced Oylimpiamos Ψ's goalkeeper Leo Puncet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sportivo Chupeño booed when Oylimpiamos Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Picardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
