Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Golden Dragón F.C's Josu Mendibuey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atletico Aragua FC! Atletico Aragua FC:s Boni Arregui showed great skill when he stopped Gaitano Reza:s penalty. Inacio Andres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boni Arregui having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Eron Sanez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boni Arregui. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Florin Quelia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Terres in the 11th minute of play. Boni Arregui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josu Mendibuey's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Eron Sanez made a precise shot to the right of Boni Arregui. Atletico Aragua FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 19th minute, Golden Dragón F.C's Inacio Andres dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Golden Dragón F.C's Eron Sanez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boni Arregui. That made the score 4-0 after 22 minutes of play. Madaleno Salvatierra hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Fe Montealegre lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 33rd minute, Fe Montealegre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benja Belmonte in the 34th minute of play forced Golden Dragón F.C's goalkeeper Florin Quelia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cordarin Alberete's late challenge caught a Golden Dragón F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordarin Alberete helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Atletico Aragua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordarin Alberete didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 35 minutes, Josu Mendibuey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josu Mendibuey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Josu Mendibuey received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Boni Arregui came out and tried to block the shot, but Josu Mendibuey slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 37th minute. Madaleno Salvatierra kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Inacio Andres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boni Arregui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Terres made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Inacio Andres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, Josu Mendibuey made a precise shot to the right of Boni Arregui. Atletico Aragua FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 64 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Inacio Andres came free, but Boni Arregui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Golden Dragón F.C's Josu Mendibuey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boni Arregui made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 69th minute, Josu Mendibuey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 played minutes Atletico Aragua FC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Cerezo. Boni Arregui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inacio Andres in the 74th minute of play. After 76 minutes, Benja Belmonte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Aragua FC and the Golden Dragón F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Atletico Aragua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benja Belmonte didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Atletico Aragua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josu Mendibuey came free, but Boni Arregui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Josu Mendibuey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boni Arregui. Atletico Aragua FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josu Mendibuey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Boni Arregui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inacio Andres in the 87th minute of the match. Boni Arregui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josu Mendibuey, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Boni Arregui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josu Mendibuey in the 92nd minute of play. Inacio Andres struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Boni Arregui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golden Dragón F.C. In the 95th minute Josu Mendibuey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boni Arregui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Dragón F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
