He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vampiros Aztecas reached it. Xzavaier Pedraza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Balendin in the 11th minute of the match. Ornopata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Eusko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carnero Arramendia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Ornopata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Requena to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ornopata's zone, Teo Lon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xzavaier Pedraza came out of the goal and Teo Lon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roberto Balendin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xzavaier Pedraza came out and tried to block the shot, but Roberto Balendin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 56th minute. Ivan Estevon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Xzavaier Pedraza made a huge save. 61 minutes into the match, Vampiros Aztecas's goal looked a bit too open when Quiñónez Lloreda came free, but Urbano Berto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xzavaier Pedraza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Balendin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The Ornopata supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vampiros Aztecas's performance. The match ended with a win for Vampiros Aztecas.
