Raymond Hartman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo-Martin Facon went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Israel Peña made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Léonard Keys sent off a good shot on target. 14 minutes into the game, Gonzalo-Martin Facon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fly T.T the free kick. A collision led to Pepsi Fuchibol Clu getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gonzalo-Martin Facon hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Leonardo Velasco made a precise shot to the right of Raymond Hartman. Fly T.T's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Arnaud Lachapelle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Israel Peña made a huge save. In the 24th match minute, Fly T.T was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léonard Keys to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Leonardo Velasco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pepsi Fuchibol Clu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Raymond Hartman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raymond Hartman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Velasco's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After 32 minutes of play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's César Melgarejo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raymond Hartman was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Leonardo Velasco sped through Fly T.T's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raymond Hartman. After 43 minutes, Vicente Abechuco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pepsi Fuchibol Clu and the Fly T.T players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vicente Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fly T.T defense, César Melgarejo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raymond Hartman. The Fly T.T fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raymond Hartman should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 53rd minute Arnaud Lachapelle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Peña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Léonard Keys ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Israel Peña was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Israel Peña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Léonard Keys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Israel Peña came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Fly T.T's Humberto Gorman. But to his dismay, Humberto Gorman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. 61 minutes into the game, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Leonardo Velasco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raymond Hartman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-8. After 65 played minutes Fly T.T got a freekick which was hit by Arnaud Lachapelle. If César Melgarejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes of play, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Gonzalo-Martin Facon made it 2-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raymond Hartman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Raymond Hartman came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Gonzalo-Martin Facon. But to his dismay, Gonzalo-Martin Facon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-10. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Velasco in the 81st minute of play forced Fly T.T's goalkeeper Raymond Hartman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raymond Hartman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Velasco went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-11 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, César Melgarejo took a quick shot and it went in 2-13 without a chance for Raymond Hartman to make any attempt to save it. Raymond Hartman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Melgarejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
