When Arnoldo Cerilo fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galácticos del Pueblo's protests and gave Arnoldo Cerilo a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Galácticos del Pueblo got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Cerilo. Marcelo Tejera struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Justo Eusko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real de Carmelo 2021 FC. Zumar Gerica kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The excitement rose when Galácticos del Pueblo's Justo Otsoko after 24 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-0. Justo Eusko came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Miguel Jaimes. But to his dismay, Miguel Jaimes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Galoer in the 32nd minute of play. When Miguel Jaimes came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Real de Carmelo 2021 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Jaimes couldn't finish the play. The Real de Carmelo 2021 FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Miguel Jaimes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Marcelo Tejera got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastián Sosa made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Fermin Rayman sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Carlos Aballe made the kick off in the second half. Justo Eusko made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Marcelo Tejera sent off a good shot on target. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Cristián Rodriguez was substituted for Pablo Bengoechea. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Leo Fernandez was substituted for Miguel Jaimes. Cristián Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Eusko having to interfere. Valentin Sedeni's late challenge caught a Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Galácticos del Pueblo's Valentin Sedeni got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Galácticos del Pueblo's goalkeeper Justo Eusko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Fernandez. During the 67th minute of the match Arnoldo Cerilo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arnoldo Cerilo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Galácticos del Pueblo booed when Real de Carmelo 2021 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristián Rodriguez helped the player get up and apologised. Cristián Rodriguez kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Justo Eusko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galácticos del Pueblo's Justo Eusko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Galácticos del Pueblo from getting a goal against them. After having played for 95 minutes, Marcelo Tejera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Tejera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
