In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Caaguazu. Valente Nieva stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robby Couch. 0-1. Conrado Faron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robby Couch having to interfere. Zachery Dillon kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Vincente Monzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flint Braxton in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Aurre Belorado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caaguazu's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurre Belorado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robby Couch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vincente Monzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachery Dillon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Tango en Miami FC's Lance Willard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vincente Monzon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Zachery Dillon came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Caaguazu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Robby Couch yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Mancio Rapela could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Robby Couch made a huge save. 81 minutes into the match, Caaguazu's goal looked a bit too open when Zachery Dillon came free, but Vincente Monzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caaguazu's Vincente Monzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachery Dillon in the 83rd minute of play. Lance Willard hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tango en Miami FC's Robby Couch got control of the ball when Mancio Rapela tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tango en Miami FC's Robby Couch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Tango en Miami FC from getting a goal against them.
