Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) In the 7th minute Hoyt Dove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Quirze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Gaston went to the wrong direction when Ezequiel Pero was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Angelo Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Sayvion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andy Gaston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Thacker came free, but Damian Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ezequiel Pero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ezequiel Pero kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, Jagiellonia Denver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felicien Schwartz to maneuver through the defense. After 36 played minutes, Racing Club's Ivan Felipo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andy Gaston came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Racing Club reached it. Andy Gaston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Pero, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia Denver's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Sayvion came free, but Andy Gaston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andy Gaston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Sayvion in the 45th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Thacker made a kick off. A hard shot by German Baladi from long distance, 59 minutes into the match, got Andy Gaston's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Angelo Sayvion kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Andy Gaston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Pero in the 64th minute of play. After 69th play minutes Ezequiel Pero shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Andy Gaston and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezequiel Pero got free with Andy Gaston in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia Denver's goalkeeper Andy Gaston had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Pero. The tension between the Jagiellonia Denver and the Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jagiellonia Denver getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Palmer Gilmore hit a great ball. After 87 minutes, Ezequiel Pero made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Jagiellonia Denver's Andy Gaston tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Racing Club's Damian Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hoyt Dove in the 96th minute of play. Racing Club were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Jagiellonia Denver's much stronger midfield.
